Walk-Through Inspection
The final inspection of a property perfumed just prior to the closing to insure that everything is in order and that all terms of the contract have been met.
 
Water Rights
A legally protected right, granted by law, to use of water that exists on a property.
 
Will
A legal document declaring a person's wishes regarding the disposal of their property when they die.
 
Wraparound Mortgage
A second mortgage that leaves the original mortgage in force. The wraparound mortgage is held by the lending institution as security for the total mortgage debt. The borrower makes payments on both loans to the wraparound lender, which in turn makes payments on the original senior mortgage
 
Writ of Execution
A routine court order that attempts to enforce the judgment that has been granted to a plaintiff by authorizing a sheriff to carry out the judgment.
