Offer
A specific proposal to enter into an agreement with another. An offer is essential to the formation of an enforceable contract. An offer and acceptance of the offer creates the contract.
 
Open House
The showing of a property being offered for sale without the necessity of appointment.
 
Open Listing
A listing agreement with one or more real estate brokers to sell or lease one's property on a non-exclusive basis.
 
Owner Financing
A property purchase that is partly or wholly financed by the seller.
 
Owner Occupied
A property in which the legal owner lives on the property.
